Carports for delivery vans, box trucks and logistics fleets
Cover van rows, staging lanes and loading areas so routes start on time, drivers start cool and vehicles stay in service.
The problem with uncovered parking
What we hear most from logistics and delivery fleet operators.
Hot cabs at dispatch
Vans parked in the sun need long A/C run times before loading. Shade cuts cabin heat and idle time at the start of every route.
Storm downtime
Hail or wind-blown debris can ground a large share of a fleet at once. Covered parking keeps units on the road.
Loading in the weather
Covered staging lanes let crews load in rain and midday heat without slowing the dispatch window.
What we build
- Clearances sized for your vehicles — cargo vans, step vans or box trucks
- Long runs of covered stalls with columns placed to keep drive lanes open
- Covered staging and loading lanes for faster, safer dispatch
- Lighting for early and late shifts integrated into the structure
- EV-ready planning for fleets converting to electric vans
Built around your dispatch operation
Last-mile and regional fleets run on tight windows. A fleet carport is not just shade — it is part of the yard layout. We look at how vans enter, stage, load and leave, and place structures and columns so the flow gets easier, not harder.
Aluminum suits logistics yards because it does not rust in humid or coastal climates and needs little maintenance. If you are electrifying the fleet, we can plan conduit paths and charger positions under the carport now, so you are not tearing up the lot later. See our EV charging carports page for more.
How it works
Scan, design, fabricate, install — one Stattus team the whole way.
Site scan
We digitally scan your lot so the layout is built around real drive aisles, curbs, light poles and utilities.
Design & 3D rendering
You see the structure on your property before anything is fabricated, with bay counts, clearances and column positions.
Fabrication
Hundreds of aluminum components are cut, protected and painted in our Florida facility for a long-lasting finish.
Installation
Our crews install in phases so your fleet keeps moving and the lot stays open during the build.
Logistics & Delivery Fleets FAQ
What clearance do you build for box trucks?
Clearance is set per project based on the tallest vehicle you run plus margin. Tell us your fleet mix and we will design to it.
Can you build while we keep operating?
Yes. We phase installation so sections of the lot stay in use while others are built.
Do you work with delivery service partners and leased facilities?
Yes. We can provide renderings and budget numbers you can take to your landlord or network partner.

Tell us about the lot and the vehicles. We will come back with layout options, a 3D rendering of your site, and a budget number you can take to ownership or a capital committee.
